whats it all about? i dont give a crap!

Hey,

I am troubled by a new found love of a male celebrity, i feel unclean and wrong on sooo many levels! He will be racing into my boudoir on friday so stay tuned!

Been watching "5 Days" on BBC1? It's a drama about a married woman and her children going missing and has a fantastic cast! It concludes this week and i will say it again - it is great to see good drama on for once! I can only laugh at Loser Scott Lee on reality shows for so long before even that gets tiresome.

I hear that Russell T Davies (writer of Doctor Who) would like Britney Spears to appear in the next series. Apparently a group of aliens will be cloned as the singer. That should save a fortune on make up and special effects, looking at recent pics of her it's hard to tell what planet she is from! Soeone needs to show that girl this pic and then slap her, maybe she will get the message that this is plain wrong, Get to the salon you fug!

Well the "Hollyoaks" gay storyline is picking up speed and is actually been done really well, On friday we had the gay character finally tell his best straight mate that he was in love with him in floods of tears and anguish. Oh it just brings the memories of my angst ridden teens racing back! I shall keep you updated on the developments as god forbid you should have to endure the other lame ass storylines.

Speaking of lame ass! What is with the gay press, it sucks!! Firstly we have the local london press like "Boyz" and "QX" which are both soo dull! just page after page of the same muscle mary's in the same clubs week after week, punching the air with a bottle of water whilst gurning like a trooper and then of course there are all the escort and porn ad's in the back because there simply is not enough of that on the internet! Also my fave gay magazine "Attitude" has gone out of business - what am i supposed to do now? "Heat" gets worse by the week and "Attitude was my salvation. Swines!

Just another manic depressive monday

i woke up this morning wishing and praying that i could have a duvet day!! just one lazy day in bed, catching up on tv and downloading yet more songs to my ipod (my new addiction! more about that later)

It has been a good weekend, due to being paid last week it was all quite drunken but lots of fun. No hangovers though which is either the best news ever and will change my life or my body has started giving up on me. Think its a bit of both really!

Saw quite a few people this weekend and was great to catch up, lush to see dan, chris, bobby etc on friday night, Camilla and Oliver on saturday night. Sadly i missed Pete this weekend and he was ill so will have to sort out a leo sayer (all dayer) drinking session very soon!!

So Shilpa won Celebrity Big Brother!! Good for her, She handled the situation with a whole lotta class. I have to admit i am so glad its over!! E4 will start showing good music again!!!

Today a band called "Little Man Tate" have released their debut album. They are a Sheffield based band and there is quite a big buzz about them. I went to school with the bass guitarist and even though he bullied me at school - i am trying to be mature and forgiving, so check them out.

These next few weeks are well busy! Both work wise and socially, i think people are making up for the desperation and depression of January. My friend Dan is down in London next weekend and it will be gorge to see him and great that he will be getting out of Sheffield, that town is just too small for my girl!

I have a new addiction - downloading, its sooo good, i spent most of my free time at the weekend looking up random songs and just went crazy, Loads of great tracks from the 80's - kids from fame, Mel and Kim, Swing out sister, ABC - god i love it!

Friday!!!!!

Hey people, well it's friday, i have been paid - it is going to be a good weekend!!! Went out last night with work for the lovely Camilla's birthday! Off out tonight for the lovely Dan's birthday - not sure where but i am sure it will be muchos funos!

I see Madonna was out last night for the premiere of the film "Arthur and the Invisibles" with her family, She looked fab and her kids are so cute, No baby david though. Madonna provides the voice for one of the characters in the film so i may just have to add that to the ever growing list of films that i need to see.

Speaking of our gracious leader - here she is looking well bing bing in her latest campaign for H & M. R & B Madonna here we come!! I think she looks so so so fierce!

Also soaring into a realm of fashion that none of us will ever reach its Sticky Vicky Beckham in Paris! She may have her haters but the girl can dress! She makes me want to go out and by a handbag!!

I have started downloading tunes off the net for my lush ipod - My first downloaded track is also my favourite song of the 80's - "We don't have to take our clothes off (to have a good time)" by Jermaine Stewart!! It's a total classic and gets me shaking my lil booty the second it comes on!
There is a petition online now that urge everyone to sign to uphold the rights of lesbian, gay and bisexual people to be treated equitably in relation to the upcoming goods and services legislation

THE IMAGINARY MEN OF PIPPY'S BOUDOIR

In honour of his Oscar nomination for Best Supporting Actor and the fact that he made my teens years bearable mainly for his pant dropping antics! This weeks prime position in my bulging boudoir is the delicious Mark Wahlberg.

ooh baby ouch!!

The weekend is calling my name and it would be rude to ignore it!!

Hey,

Sorry for the delay with this entry, It's been one of those weeks! Quite a lot has been happening, Most importantly Oscar nominations were announced and they were a few surprises in there. The 3 surprises for me were that "Dreamgirls" was not nominated for Best Picture despite being nominated for the most awards. The other surprise was Will Smith's nomination for Best Actor for his performance in "The Pursuit of Happyness" - the film has not exactly had rave reviews from anyone. Also "Little Miss Sunshine" nominated for Best Picture!! Its a great little film but not Oscar material.

My tips to win on the night include Helen Mirren for Best Actress for "The Queen", Forrest Whittaker for Best Actor for "The Last King of Scotland", Eddie Murphy for Best Supporting Actor for "Dreamgirls", Jennifer Hudson for Best Supporting Actress for "Dreamgirls". I imagine "Babel" will take the award for Best Picture.

Some of you may remember a while ago i had become intrigued by the possibility of a gay storyline in that dull dull show "Hollyoaks" well it all seems to kick off next week, not sure how far they are going to run with it but will be good to see the gays gettin it on!

Great news that government ministers have decided not to allow Cathloic adoption agencies to opt out of new discrimination laws. The campaign against lesbian and gay rights in the past few months has been truly hateful and as Ben Summerskill, Chief Exec of Stonewall has said "The news is a real triumph for 21st century tolerance over 19th century prejudice"

Major acts have been announced for the Glastonbury Festival this year!! Arctic Monkeys, Bjork and The Who with many more to be announced soon. I am really hoping to get tickets for this years festival and although the ticket application process sounds a bit of a nightmare it is well worth it, I had my 1st Glastonbury experience a few years ago and am dying to get back!!

I have finally been paid!! God what a month! I am having to be careful though as everyone has birthdays this month!! What is going on people! Lots of celebrations to be had this weekend and indeed next weekend. So no doubt by a week on monday i will be singing the woeful ballad of poverty again!

I have totally stopped watching "Celebrity Big Brother" - thank god it finishes this weekend!! It has been such a hideous episode, shame, shame shame!! and now the reality show "Shipwrecked" has entered the world of BNP style entertainment, but thats ok because they have a camp spice girl fan who happens to also be a gay boy and a lesbian plumber - way to break down those stereotypes!!

I have to be all sad again and mention the weather!! There are only a few things in life that i am absolutely petrified of - cats, birds, slush and ice!! This week London saw a bit of snow - i dont mind the snow factor thats fine - its when it starts to melt and the pavements turn into ice rinks that scares me to death! This fear began at school - if it snowed really heavily the schools would close, now i dont know if you have ever fallen over in snow but it generally doesnt hurt but then once the snow has melted the schools would fling their doors open because what harm can roads be when they are covered in sheets of black ice? Cut to me walking to the station yesterday so slow and scared that i might fall that old women were pushing me out of the way.

Gay shame!

kisses

Hey,

Well Jade is out and all over the news and TV. I am extremely glad that she got voted out. I am also glad that she has been made to face up to her actions whilst in the Big Brother house. Do i think she deserves the level of overwhelming public hatred that she has experienced this weekend, No! She has been out on suicide watch for god's sake!! When are Channel 4 and Endemol going to face up to their part in this? It is against Big Brother rules for any form of bullying to go on and yet it went on and on and on as the ratings went up! Jade has been turned into the scapegoat for this whole affair, what about Jo? As for Danielle!! who in my mind was way worse than Jade and said some truly disgusting and unforgivable things. Will they face the same attention? Not a chance! I hope that some good can come out of this and people realise how damaging bullying and racism can be.

I spent saturday night in Sheffield for my friend Jane's 30th birthday meal which was lovely, was great to catch up with a few people that i had not seen in a long time. Also had chance to see my girls- Dan and Deeds. We had a good old gossip and then had a good old laugh at Lisa Scott Lee on "Dancing on Ice". If you dont know Lisa used to be in the pop group STEPS - after they thankfully split Lisa really did not know where to turn but somehow managed to get a solo record deal and infected the charts with instantly forgettable pop durge. She has been on reality tv and has subjected herself to varying degrees of public humiliation. No matter what programme she is on she somehow manages to cry at any given opportunity and saturday was no exception. She is the definition of a car crash celeb - i do not want to watch her but somehow cant turn away.

Managed to get back in time last night to see Pete, Had a good laugh about Lisa and her ice trials whilst enjoying a cool beer or 4. Looking forward to shaking things up once pay day hits!!

Here i go, here i go, here i go again, girls whats my weakness? men!
Sorry about this, i have tried to not let Big Brother get to me too much but the announcement that there will be no crowd at tonights eviction is ridiculous! I know that the rows in the house have sparked a huge amount of debate around the country but other people have been hated before and they had to face the music! God forbid that Channel 4 would let their little princess Jade get booed at! If Davina does a suck up interview saying how Jade's friendship with Jo and Danielle developed, i will vomit! get the police to interview her - that would be classic!

The effect the weather had yesterday was atrocious! and yet i still managed to find a way to blame stupid people! I carry an umbrella in my bag nearly everyday as i have been caught out one too many times. As a relatively sane person it would never occur to me to grab a golfing umbrella (something so big it could cover islington when it rained). I am so sick of seeing twatty business men in suits storming along the pavement not sparing a thought for anyone - yes i am sure you are dry but my face has just been dragged off by the metal spikes of your murder brolly!

Business magazine "Forbes" has published it's list of the richest women in entertainment and it's no surprise that Oprah is No.1! with a fortune of $1.5 billion, Madonna is also on there with $350 Million but there is one major surprise on the list. If anyone has ever had the grave misfortune to catch that hideous american show "Judge Judy" you would assume that it was a cheap, good for nothing show but for some reasdon Judy has managed a personal fortune of $95 Million!! Ellen Degeneres is keeping the lesbian dream alive with a fortune of $65 Million.
Yay it's friday!!

THE IMAGINARY MEN OF PIPPY'S BOUDOIR!
Well last weekend marked the end of yet another reality tv show "Soapstar Superstar" - The gay won!! it's bizarre that homophobia is still rife in this country but give a gay guy sequins and a microphone and those hetero's can't dial the votes in quick enough! Also on the show was an offensively young man from the Australian soap "Home and Away". I go from one extreme to the other - last weeks entry was Phil Spencer and now i go for prime beefcake Mark Furze. Cute face + spunky body = hoocha hoocha!!

Have funky weekends people.

kisses

Everyone is pulling out apart from Channel 4!!

No one can ignore the media coverage of the racism rows in CBB this year. Cash deals are dropping all over the place - Danielle Lloyd has been dropped from one of her modelling contracts, Perfume shop has withdrawn Jade Goody's perfume "Shh" from all of its stores and Carphone Warehouse has dropped its sponsorship of Big Brother. Davina McCall and Dermot O'Leary have been quite cagey when discussing the rows - is it because they share the same agent as Jade Goody perhaps?

It's been a great week for me workwise - a couple of projects are just about to start and are going really well, I have been on my travels which is always a lot more tiring than i think its going to be and i have done more voluntary work.

This is the last cash strapped weekend before pay day and i am counting the days down on the prison wall of my non drinking non shopping hell!! I could barely afford to buy Heat magazine this week and then when i bought it i realised that it's shit - i have been buying this magazine since day one but over the past year it has gone from being a good tuesday night read to a rag mag that takes a tube journey to flick through. I dont want to look at celebs that are too fat or too thin, i dont care how orange a celeb is or how big their pit stains are. I dont want to read about people from last years big brother. The simple answer would be to stop buying it! I get all my celeb gossip from the net and would save myself a bit of cash every month.

Giving up celeb mags will be about as difficult as giving up smoking but i MIGHT just give it a whirl!!

13,000 complaints and nothing done? ashamed!!

Well Channel 4 i am horrified!! How many people have to say that this years "Celebrity Big Brother" has gone way too far. Three evil, evil bullies making someone feel bad about themselves all the time. Does this not stink of last year when the same thing happened to Jodie Marsh. Why is no one in the house challenging this behaviour? I sincerely hope that Jade Goody's career takes a nosedive after this. I was really badly bullied at school and know how it feels and to be in a house with nowhere to hide - it must be so much worse for Shilpa - yeah sure she can walk out but i think the girl has principles and that has to be admired, maybe Channel 4 and Big Brother should take a leaf out of her book!

There are times when i want to swish down Bond Street wearing a fabulous dress and high heels with a rdiculously expensive bag and reading "The Devil Wears Prada" is not helping my delusion!! It's so good especially for a sex and the city obsessed queen like me. The book is way harsher than the film. You do get to see Meryl Streeps vulnerable side during the film but the Miranda Priestly in the book is "BITCH" personified!! and yet i am still loving it and now really want to work in an office that has a closet full of designer stuff that can be "borrowed" all the time.

Oh the humanity, Oh the vanity!

Hooray for Hollywood, Da da da da da da da Hollywood!!

Yay folks i am back, The weekend took it out of me in every possible way both fun wise and work wise. So yesterday i just wanted to lie down and sleep!

Despite January being a poor month for many people it also has to be one of my favourite times of year. Why? Well people its awards season!!! I live for award shows. The glamour, the dresses, the fake smiles, the tears, oh and artists being awarded for their outstanding work.

So last night it was the turn of the Golden Globe awards, these honour both TV and Film and are usually a very good indicator as to who will be grabbing an OSCAR! It was a really successful night for british talent - Helen Mirren winning 2 awards for playing 2 queens (Elizabeth I and II), Jeremy Irons, Hugh Laurie, Emily Blunt and Sacha Baron Cohen also won gongs.

There is a really excellent range of films up for awards this year and i desperately need to haul my ass to the cinema to see some of them. Great to see the wonderful Meryl Streep winning for "The Devil Wears Prada" (i am reading the book at the moment and it is fantastic!), Also great to see "Ugly Betty" picking up a couple of globes.

There were some disastrous outfits though. Beyonce obviously got Momma Tina to design her dress. It kinda looked like she had covered herself in glue and had an epileptic fit in Liberace's closet! J Lo's husband Marc Anthony looked like a perma tanned skeleton and Sienna Miller looked like a heidi esque milk maid with her braids!

The Brit award nominations are going to be announced anytime soon, more news on those later this week. Although for the last few years that show has just got duller and duller. I suppose Amy Winehouse and Lily Allen could have a drinking/vomitting/kebab eating contest to liven things up a bit.

Well L.A has gone mad for Sticky Vicky Beckham - she is over there mansion hunting, seemingly looking flawless all the live long day!! Then again if my husband was going to be earning $70,000 a day i think i would be able to scrape myself together for the pap's!.

Anyway guys, this face mask wont apply itself, catch ya soon

It's Frickin Friday!!!!! (even though my blog date doesn't seem to think so!)
Oh at last!!! God this week has just been going for too long!! and because of the bouffant inducing windy weather being non stop, it has felt like ground hog day!! just working and being blown down the street and not in a good way by any stretch of the jaw!

Well i went to see "Flags of our Fathers" last night and it was fantastic. I really love Clint Eastwood's films, His directing credits have included some great flms - Million Dollar Baby, Mystic River and Unforgiven. Ths was a great film, really moving and i am sure it will be up for quite a few statuettes come Oscar time.
Time for a mini rant. I am getting a bit sick of Lindsay Lohan. She was ok in the film i saw her in last week and "Mean Girls" is great but i am getting a bit bugged wth reading about her all the time, she is either eating too little, drinking too much or snorting everything she can find - its like looking in a really fucked up mirror and me no likey!!

I obviously need to get a life but i was rather upset this week to hear that Justin Timberlake and Cameron Diaz have officially split up, i know that i should just go ahead and get a life but they kinda seemed to be different from all those other bullshit hollywood relationships, ah well at least that means the timberlake is single for when i see him in July - RIP Cam and Just

Now as you will no doubt have heard the genius that was James Brown passed away over xmas and it is truly sad as the guy made great music and i had the pleasure of seeing him at a festival a few years ago and he was a magnificet showman, its just a shame that post death this is what it has all come to. Michael Jackson deciding that young boys just are not doing it for him anymore so he has gone to the other end of the age spectrum

EEWWWW!!!
Now that Michael has had his slice of dead man lovin. I think i shall move onto a man with breath in his body!!

THE IMAGINARY MEN OF PIPPY'S BOUDOIR!

Now people this weeks is a bit random but if you look back to the first guy into the boudoir in mid september you will be aware that i sometimes have a little lust for older ish men with slightly receeding hair. My rather mad obsession for this guy has been both laughed at and empathised with by friends. He does have a very fit body and cute face and i just love him, especially in those well fitted suits. It's Relocation, Relocation Relocation's Phil Spencer!!

Oh he could climb up my property ladder anytime!!

Well i hope you all have good weekends planned, its a tad difficult in January but if i can manage it so can you! So start counting your coppers and get a round in!

Poor Pippy

January is such a buggin month! The joys of xmas and new year are long forgotten and all thats left is an empty bank account and pippy leaping up and down with excitement at finding a 20p piece under the sofa cushion! As i have mentioned before, the cinema is my sanctuary this month and so tonight i am off to see "Flags of our Fathers" - Clint Eastwoods latest directorial outing. I have to see it tonight as its the last night for it at my cinema.

Tonight is also a great night in TV land mainly due to "Desperate Housewives" and sadly i have become addicted to "Soapstar Superstar" so my video is going to be on overdrive tonight.

As i am sure you have heard on the news the goods and services legislation went through last night, This is great news for the gays and equality. A friend of mine was at parliament last night and saw the religious demonstrators all stood there with burning torches and their hoods up - remind you of any other forward thinking movement??

I cant believe it's only wednesday!! this week is dragging horrendously. Roll on February and getting paid and the severe depression to be had from Valentines Day - where i shall find myself running into Pizza Express throwing buckets of pigs blood on happy couples handing each other pink, heart shaped cards.

I have officially given up on Celebrity Big Brother. I have tried to watch it but that bint Jade and her mum (who stinks of racism) are just awful and i dont really like anyone else in there. Sort it out Channel 4 compared to last years work of genius, this one sucks!

Well the gay storyline in "Hollyoaks" is taking shape and i have to admit that its been really well done. The guy at the heart of the storyline is conveying confused heartbreaking isolation very well which i am sure most gay boys have been familiar with on more than one occasion. Ah the plights of unrequited love - definitely something that i am not a stranger to. I hark back to "The Holiday" - Kate Winslet's character seems to be an expert on such feelings and i spent most of the film shouting "you go girl!" and "whoop whoop" everytime she had a revelation.

I am now in the process of setting up a myspace page but i am taking my time over it, I will let you know when i unleash that bad boy!!

Real gay icons!

Following on from yesterdays blog i had to write more about supposed gay icons especially since right now there is a demonstration happening outside parliament as the Lords challenge new gay rights legislation. All those people who think that all is good and well in the world of the gays need to think on.

At the moment hotels can refuse to provide rooms for gay couples, printers can refuse to print flyers for gay events and religious groups can refuse to hold civil partnership ceremonies in their halls. The new law would ban discrimination against lesbians and gay men in the provision of goods and services. One of the most important aspects of this new legislation is that it will affect the information and education that schools can provide. The veil of ignorance covering schools in this country is deeply troubling - homophobic bullying goes unchallenged and young lesbian and gay people are leaving school feeling like they dont exist and therefore dont matter.

After looking through that hideous list of gay icons yesterday there needs to be a little revision - the real gay icons in this country are the people who work campaigning and advocating for equal rights everyday, the people who go beyond the call of duty to ensure that needs are heard and met.

10 years ago the monthly cover of gay times used to feature prominent people within the gay community who had made a difference - Lord Waheed Ali (1st openly gay peer), Ellen Degeneres, Peter Tatchell and Chris Smith MP. Since then the face of gay pride has changed and now the cover of gay times features baby oiled barely clothed models - i am not sure what this is supposed to say to me or to young people who deserve to know where they have come from. The fights that were won in order for gay people to live as freely as we do now. Its a sad state of affairs when a faceless model means more to our community than someone who stands up for what they believe in no matter how much they may get shot down.

I believe it's mainly religious groups at the demonstration tonight, I have always found it really difficult to challenge the homophobic views of religion - i think it can get very dangerous - i just hope that these difficulties dont descend into the madness of the religious right in America

Not sure which pages of the bible these quotes are from but i think its safe to say these children all had a bowl of crazy for breakfast probably served by their parents who are no doubt also brother and sister.

On a lighter note - Get Jade Goody out of the Big Brother house she is offensively stupid and even more annoying is the fact that she has probably earned more cash than i will in my life!! A woman who actually asked Jermaine Jackson if he was black!! i give up! I despair for the future of this country if that thing is considered a celebrity. On top of all that she has a really sexy, sadly stupid boyfriend, So i am single and that oxygen thief bags a hottie!! grrr!! check him out!!

Well i cannot believe i have not mentioned my new fave programe yet on this blog, it has been days!!! I am of course talking about "Ugly Betty" - it has everything i would want from friday nights, humour, fashion, bitching!! It started on friday and has been a massive hit in the US so check it out if not only for the fab lil gay nephew

Bye bitches

ps - i am quite infamous amongst my friends for not eating, choosing alcohol over food everytime, so this clipwill give you an idea of what xmas dinner with pippy was like recently - scarily accurate!

What makes a gay icon?

Hey guys,

I like to keep up with my gay news and i could not help but notice that on pinknews.co.uk they have published details of a poll conducted by a "market research" company to find the top 50 gay icons. Now some of them are expected, not sure Kylie deserved to be number one but there were the usual Madonna, Dolly Parton, Judy Garland and Cher but some of the icons were ridiculous - Jordan and Peter Andre at no.10!!!, Barbie?? Richard and Judy, Simon Cowell, Fern Britton??, Ant and Dec, Gavin Henson and Gordon Ramsay!! Who on god's earth did they ask? Those people really dont have anything to do with my life but i guess it takes all sorts!

I hear Amy Winehouse had to leave the stage at G-A-Y at the weekend after just one song to barf at the side of the stage and she never made it back on! Think it might be time for rehab honey.

I am really hoping to be able to go to Glastonbury Festival this year and i have just heard about the system for getting tickets which seems pretty complicated but worth it if it will stop the touts charging through the roof. The registration prcess for tickets starts in February for all the details go to www.glastonburyfestivals.co.uk. I have only been once before and it was well worth it - possibly one of the best weekends of my life.

I went to see "The Holiday" after work today and i have to say it was perfect!! yeah it was predictable and cheesy but that was just what i was after and any excuse to see Jude Law with his shirt off!!

I love women!!

Yes folks you read it right i love women and i am not ashamed to say it! My love affair with women began in the 80's with these four truly fabulous women who not only changed my perception of myself but also my taste for cheesecake and pastel shades!
Ok you got me! I am not coming out as heterosexual i am talking about my love for women in american sitcom/dramas! True love!! I can remember staying at my grandparents every other friday night and watching this show, totally in awe of the comedy, the writing, the timing and the classic one liners!! Here are a few of my fave quotes from this great show

Dorothy: "You will have to excuse my mother; she suffered a slight stroke a few years ago which rendered her totally annoying"

Rose: "Dorothy, you're the smart and Blanche you're the sexy one and Sophia, you're the old one, and i'm the nice one. Everyone always like me
Sophia: "The old one aint so crazy about ya!

Rose: (Entering cheerfully) So! who is the luckiest girl in the history of the world!!
Sophia: "Well it certainly wasn't your mother!"

Dorothy: Why dont you sleep on the couch and give Clayton and Doug your room?
Blanche: Are you crazy? what will the neighbours think if they see two men in my bedroom?
Sophia: They'll think it's tuesday!

Movng on from The Golden Girls my love affair moved onto the wonderful lives of four fabulous women in Manhatten

Ah the Sex and the City girls!! Probably one of my favourite shows of all time. Again its all down to truly great performances and exceptional writing. Most people seemed to be focused on Carrie but i was a Samantha freak from the word go!! Here are some of her classics

"The only place you control a man is in bed. If we perpetually gave men blow jobs we could run the world"

"Fuck me badly once - shame on you, fuck me badly twice - shame on me!"

"I will wear whatever and blow whoever i want as long as i can breathe and kneel"

On Blow Jobs
" You men have no dea what we are dealing with down there! teeth placement and jaw stress and suction and gag reflex and all the time bobbing up and down moaning and trying to breathe threw our noses, honey they dont call it a job for nothing!"

Fantastic!!
Wednesday saw the return of my new fave ladies, yes the Desperate Housewives are back!!

I loved loved loved the 1st series of this show!! The 2nd series seemed to lose its way slightly but judging by the 1st 2 episodes of the new series they are back on track. I cant say which of the wives is my fave as they are all exceptional. Thank god we have some well scripted, brilliantly delivered drama on our screens to rescue us all from just the 2 of us, soapstar superstar, celebrity big brother hell!

Now onto something else which is going to keep me warm on these cold january days!! yes its the 1st one of 2007

THE IMAGINARY MEN OF PIPPY'S BOUDOIR

The first entry of 2007 is a gorgeous young man who has been in a few teen films and is also in some random teen drama called"One Tree Hill". His chest is amazing and his cheekbones are exceptional, Check him out

Good lord!! I am so gay right now!!

Have a good weekend lovers

Get that woman out of that house now!!!

Hey guys,

Well what a new year it has been - I spent my new year with Pete and Kaz in their home town of Corby for their mum's birthday. It was such a laugh!! Corby has a bit of a bad reputation for being asbo central but i had a really good time. Loads of booze and dancing plus a panto and a dance routine for good measure! Thanks to my girls for making it a good one.

Since then i have been trying to recover but have developed a really shocking cough which is buggin the life out of me! I guess its the filth of my many years of smoking finally getting out of my body!

I was working last night so have yet to see the first night of "Celebrity Big Brother" but imagine my shock, horror and disgust to find out that my arch rival Carole Malone is in there. She be the one who constantly slags off Madonna and does not seem to have a positive word to say about anyone. Here is a picture of the muppet now

I really hope she does not last long in that house. I usually enjoy CBB but she may put me off turning my tv on for weeks. The other big shock from yesterday was the news that not only was H from STEPS going into the Big Brother house but that he is a homosexual!! I for one am shocked by this revelation, if he would just stop doing that twatty grinny wave all the time i might actually like him but for now dislike will reign.

I managed to catch the 10 years on episode of "This Life" the other night and was so not impressed. I just thought it lacked focus or direction, the characters were really quite hateful and it did not seem to resolve itself. Andrew Lincoln still looks great and that was a more than welcome distraction.

Oprah is back on our screens on ITV2 weekday mornings and she was in the news yesterday for the opening of her Leadership Academy for Girls in South Africa. She has donated all the cash for the academy - 20 million dollars!! and hopes to open more very soon. People may slag her off for the amount she earns but she does put a lot back in, thats why i love her!!

I have this strange addiction that needs dealing with sharpish - If i hear that a tv show is going to be having a gay storyline i have to watch it no matter what the show is but this week my addiction is being tested and i need help. Hollyoaks are supposed to be getting into a big gay storyline over the next few weeks. I mean really!!! I am going to have to sit down and actually watch Hollyoaks!! Can someone please spray acid into my eyes or something? I thought it was bad enough when Eldorado had one but this is taking the piss

Right i better get on before i hear that some show on Channel 5 is doing the same!
